Are the cigars sold per box/pack or stick?

All cigars are sold per stick. 

How many days before I get my order?

1 to 2 working days within Metro Manila and 5 to 8 working days for provincial orders. 

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept GCash and bank transfer.

What is your return policy?

We will only accept returns due to incorrect orders and cigars with visible physical defects.

All cigars must be returned in the condition you have received it. Cut, partially smoked and damaged cigars will NOT be accepted. We will either give a refund/store credit or replace it as long as the item is still in stock.

We highly recommend to inspect the items upon receiving it and reach out to us immediately for any issues or concerns.
